Within Egypt
We deliver to Cairo, Alexandria, Dahab, and Sharm el-Sheikh. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
European Union
We deliver to all EU countries. Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. No customs fees or import duties apply. What you pay at checkout is the full amount you will ever pay.
For both destinations
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within two business days of your order confirmation, contact us at any of the channels below and we will look into it immediately.
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, reach out to us at any of the channels below with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or defective, in which case Rauhia will cover the cost in full.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. If you received something damaged, incorrect, or defective, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Rauhia is an Egyptian luxury ritual care brand rooted in the ancestral beauty practices of Siwa Oasis and Marsa Matrouh. Every product is crafted in Egypt using cold-pressed oils, mineral salts, and botanical ingredients sourced directly from the western desert and north coast. We do not manufacture abroad and we do not outsource our formulations. What you receive is made here, with full knowledge of where every ingredient comes from.
All Rauhia products are formulated with natural, cold-pressed, and botanical ingredients. We do not use synthetic fillers, artificial fragrances, or low-quality carrier ingredients. That said, every skin is different. We recommend performing a small patch test before first use, especially if you have known sensitivities to specific botanicals or essential oils. If you have a specific allergy concern, write to us before ordering and we will guide you to the right products.
Yes. Because our products are made with pure natural ingredients and no synthetic preservatives, they have a defined shelf life. The recommended period after opening is printed on each product. Cold-pressed oils generally last 12 to 24 months when stored correctly: away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keeping lids sealed tightly and storing in a cool dry place will preserve both the quality and the scent.

When you place an order or create an account on rauhia.com, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely through our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We may also collect browsing data through cookies to improve your experience on the site. You can manage cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings.
We use your information solely to process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your purchase, and occasionally send you updates about new products, rituals, and brand news if you have opted in to receive them. Yes. All transactions on rauhia.com are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store any card or payment details on our end. If you ever notice any suspicious activity related to an order, contact us immediately.
Orders
Browse our collections at rauhia.com, add the products you would like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to enter your shipping details and choose a payment method. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a change or cancellation, email us at from the contact panels below as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible to return it after delivery.
We package every Rauhia order with care, but we understand that damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and email us from the contact panels below within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will arrange an exchange or full refund. We currently ship across Egypt and to select international destinations. Processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Domestic delivery within Cairo takes 2 to 4 business days. Delivery to other Egyptian cities takes 3 to 6 business days. International shipping timelines vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Rauhia is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances outside our control.

Several of our products are safe to use during pregnancy, including many of our cold-pressed carrier oils such as sweet almond, jojoba, and argan. However, some essential oils and botanicals, particularly frankincense and black seed in concentrated forms, are best avoided during the first trimester. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor or midwife before introducing any new skincare during pregnancy. You are also welcome to contact us directly and we will advise based on your specific situation.
No. Rauhia products are never tested on animals at any stage of production, formulation, or ingredient sourcing. We are committed to ethical sourcing and cruelty-free practices across the entire brand.
Yes. At checkout you can add a gift note and request gift packaging. Rauhia orders are already presented with care, but gift orders receive additional wrapping suitable for giving. If you are ordering for a special occasion, leave your message in the gift note field and we will include it with the order.
